"Customer service was genuinely helpful"
I had a small issue with my order and, based on how these things usually go, I kind of assumed I’d be waiting around or getting passed from person to person. That wasn’t the case at all, the support team got back to me quickly and were really friendly about it.
They sorted everything out and kept me in the loop the whole time, which I appreciated more than I expected. It ended up being a simple, easy experience, and I’d definitely order from NovaLash again

"Good training, but the cert took a bit"
The class was good overall and I felt like the training was helpful. Only downside was that it took a while to get the certification, but other than that, no real complaints...

"I figured these would be pretty..."
I figured these would be straightforward to use, and they were. The application was simple enough, and they looked really nice for the first few days. I just assumed they’d hold up a bit longer based on how they went on, but they started coming off sooner than I hoped. Not bad overall, just not as long-lasting as I expected.

They looked really nice right after I got them done, but the retention was just okay for me. By the second week, I was already losing more than I expected, which was annoying because then I had to deal with extra brushing, touch-ups, and trying to make them look even. Not the worst lashes I’ve had, but I definitely thought they’d last longer.

"The lashes looked fine once they were..."
The lashes looked fine once they were on, but the glue started burning my eyes quickly. I even checked my receipt email to make sure I had ordered the right set, because it felt way more intense than I expected. They looked decent, but I didn’t feel comfortable or safe wearing them.
